Refund Policy

We accept returns on non-coffee only e.g. shirts and socks. Because coffee is a perishable item, we can not accept returns on coffee. However, if your coffee was damaged, if there was an error with your order, you are having a delivery issue, or you are not satisfied with your coffee, please contact Customer Service using our Contact Us page here.

Gift Cards are non refundable.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned goods upon receipt and determine if the returned goods qualify for a refund. We will notify you of the decision and communicate next steps in the process.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you will be notified on the next steps of the process. Items that can be exchanged are non-food items such as shirts, socks, etc.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing, or otherwise incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
